    3. Impact factor = 4.89
    4. Significance- A coupled higher order FE formulation in polar coordinates has been derived. The influence of various electro-magnetic boundary conditions and porosity distributions on the frequency response of magneto-electro-elastic plates has been assessed for the first time in the literature. This article may serve as benchmark solution in analysis of spacecraft and aircraft structure where the problem of porosity is quite common.
