Abstract: The current state of art technology is silicon based multicrystalline solar cell, whose effeciency is 18%. The cost per watt is 0.5 USD, and also silicon technology is very expensive compare with any thin film technology.  We are proposing one of the earth abundent materials and it requires very less material to fabricate the solar cell. The successful fabrication towards large scale will bring down the price per watt to much lesser price than the silicon technology.
