M.TECH

M.Tech-VLSI Design and Embedded Systems

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering offers an MTech Program in VLSI Design & Embedded Systems since the year 2007 with an annual intake of 18 students. The M.Tech program is affiliated to VTU. The M.Tech students are encouraged to take internship in various research centers like DRDO, NAL, LRDE, IISc etc. At NMIT, students take up research activities under the Center of Excellence for Small Satellite Research and the Center of Excellence for Nanomaterials and MEMS. At these centers students can do their internship and their final year project.
